Summer, don’t give up on us yet! Don’t think just because we’ve hit September that you can’t break out your go-to shorts. The key to making this work is pairing it with pieces that read more fall. In this case, I added a moto-style jacket in light-weight fabrics and sandals that look boot-inspired. It also helps if you opt for shorts that aren’t denim… these in a mushroom colour suede are easier to transition and look a bit more dressed-up. Leather shorts will do the trick too or even silk!
