If you are a fan of designer fashion then you might be familiar with the work of Prabal Gurung. You may also know that when shopping his clothing on Shopbop or Saks, the biggest size you will be able to find is only a 10! Not anymore. Gurung has partnered with women’s plus-size designer Lane Bryant. Together they are creating a plus-size collection that will hit stores March 2017.
Bryant has announced that a new social media web series will be released to give a look into the design process closer to the launch date. As of now, no further details have been given on the collection.
Gurung states that he strives to “design clothing for the modern woman, one who is fashionable and unafraid of how she feels about herself, one who is confident. He continually strives to create clothing that allows women to feel their absolute best”. This being said we can expect one of the most fashionable and high-end, plus-size collections from this collaboration!
